Nice to have properties that are dependent on another option being enabled! Something that was really needed in XF1 :)

Welp, I'm waiting for the "so now that the dev preview is out, are you gonna charge for XF2 upgrades?" questions

They had to go and change the file structure, I've no idea how I'm going to magic this up so that XF1 gets files in /library/ and XF2 gets files in /src/...

The Finder is magic as well as the easy means to bridge between external files and XenForo 2. The XF team has done a spectacular job.

That won't be till there is a beta release which may be quite some time.

It looks nice, I will continue to keep an eye on XF2 and think about whether a move from VB3 to XF2 will be a good idea for me.

Love XF 2 and the direction they are taking it. I was concerned about the time it will take to re-code my XF 1 add-ons to XF 2, but no longer. I don't think you will find any developer that doesn't agree that creating/porting add-ons for XF 2 is relatively simple.

Agreed. I have only seen one developer having a hard time porting addons, just can't seem to get the feel for coding properly using XF standards. But that should come easier once they get to looking into more of the code.

Call me selfish but I'm waiting for when it's easier to install.

Probably not that hard at the moment but.

Addons are not a life goal for me. But lack of time is an issue.

I'd love to start looking at it.
