Will changing host and therefore IP address screw up my email deliverability?

I'm slightly concerned about chaning the IP address though as my sites have been on the same IP for the last few years and everything has been working pretty well in terms of email deliverability. Am I likely to have issues if I switch?

Domain name and the IP is important.
Only one of them would change so expect some problems but not major ones.

When you change the thing that needs to be done is DNS when that is set email should follow you should have access to the old email either by ip address or through webmail. Also email that can not be delivered will be tried later a few times. But you can never be 100% sure everything will be delivered.

Do you mean emails you send, or emails you receive ?

Sending. I don't currently use a 3rd party email solution to send the emails.

Most likely your IP will be untrusted and you will need to rebuild reputation.
