Which software, theme for selling digital products?

I need a web app which facilitates me to sell digital goods (mostly pictures).

The transaction:

• Product categories based on two categories of Pricing:
  • Regular
  • Custom
• Once users select the type of product
• Customers fill up a form listing their requirements
• Webmasters receives and evaluate the form
• If webmasters think they can do it... accepts the request
• Webmasters talk with users in private for more clarification

The website will list all the work in the portfolio page...

Any suggestion? If wordpress is your choice.. is there any awesome theme you know.

Not too sure on anything other than Wordpress. I'd give a shout out to MyThemeShop for designs. They have a great selection of themes (currently $9) which could probably work.
