As the title implies, which social network sends you the most traffic and why do you think that is?
Digg and stumble upon is best social network of the world. I really love these networks.
I think that is Digg.
And ya obviously stumbleupon
Digg never sends me traffic
Never promoted my site on Social Networks!
None seems to send me any traffic
for me is twitter. after that is facebook but far, far, away as a distance.
Facebook. By a long shot.
We have minimal social network tools installed on the boards however our forum URLs seem to shared quite frequently within the Facebook community.
According to me Digg.
Just started using the SN's for this.. I have the twitter set on auto post in certain "relevent" categories.. I'm starting to see a little traffic.
Twitter sends me regular traffic for most topics, more than the other social networking sites. The biggest visitor wave (A tsunami actually) I ever got came from Stumble Upon.
stumbleupon can be a beast in short term high traffic.
Did you notice a spike in registrations with it?
Facebook and then Twitter.
Stumbleupon was so far the best for my websites.
Facebook , Twitter , And Google+ is the social site i use to promote my business ..!! and they are very much effective for me it helped a lot in increasing my sale ..!!
I started my Forum in February and a page on FB later. FB seems to be sending me a lot of traffic compared to what the traffic is normally. When I like a page, and I am very careful to do this, as I do not want to deluge the walls with constant postings from my forum, it draws quite a few of my friends to the Forum.
I just now purchased the FB app for my forum and am looking foward to actually putting my Forum on FB so it's in a nice convenience spot as well. I am sure this will bring in more traffic. Of course I've only had the forum for a little over 2 monthes.
I find twitter to be my main social networking source. But that's mainly due to it being my preference, I don't really enjoy Facebook.
I guess the problem I have with Twitter is the restrictions on the characters in a tweet. Any suggestions?
Use fewer characters?
Hee hee, that is the problem, I don't like to be limited in the words that I say, that's why I use FB. But then my FB is linked to my Twitter account, so FB does the tweeting for me. I like it. Worry free.
