I'm happy to announce that Threadloom site search is publicly available for all forums running vBulletin 3, vBulletin 4, or XenForo 1.5.

We first released Threadloom in the fall to 20+ awesome forums. Their constructive feedback has helped us build a better product, and 95% have indicated that they plan to continue using Threadloom past the beta.

We're excited about this milestone, and have a bunch of improvements planned to make Threadloom even better, including an improved user interface, new core features, and AI tools to help your forum grow users and revenue.

All plans come with a free 30-day trial, so feel free to kick the tires and let us know what you think. Thanks!

Threadloom is the first cloud search engine designed specifically for forums. Two months after installing Threadloom, searches on increased six-fold, while the time to complete a search decreased 90%. Sessions with a site search showed greater engagement compared to the year prior – lower bounce rates, more pages per session, and longer session durations.

"Threadloom has dramatically boosted our site's search effectiveness, lowered bounce rates and increased the time folks are staying on our site. Our members are amazed at how fast Threadloom returns results ... And the accuracy blows away the old search engine!"

I can't get it to work. When I get to payment, it asks for a promo code and won't accept anything I put in there, including the promo code provided by the email in the link above. It says "Error! An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. "
