I'm in the process of rebranding biology-forums.com.
Which URL sounds better to you?
studyforce, the other one to me just doesn't really work
Biology Forums - Master Your Courses © 2010-2017 |
Powered by SMF | SMF © 2015,
Cool site. One of the better sites I've seen in a while. Congrats. I love the content too.
What article addon for SMF is this ?
It's unavailable anymore. It was called zblog or zcommunity. Something like that, but I forgot in all honesty
Personally, I would want my url to reflect the fact that biology is the site niche.
studymight made me think of I might study (or might not).
May the force be with you.
Your forum URL change is quite overdue !
You might need a language filter
You're correct. I'll look into that as well
Really neat site.
It's OFFICIAL -- biology-forums.com will become studyforce.com
Digital Doctor -- Are you using SMF?
Absolutely... Although Might means strength, no one can confuse Force
Why do I get logged out when going to the dictionary ?
(EDIT) Oh. I see it's mediawiki.
There is no login integration addon between SMF and mediawiki ?
Note: despite my attempts to find an actual list of any dictionary items ... i cannot !
It's supposed to keep you logged in. I think I need to fix something now
How am I supposed to "browse" the dictionary ?
Are dictionary items in categories ?
Is there a list of categories ?
Is there a way to *NOT* display mass deletion of pages ? Seems like that might be useful to admins but to members it is just trash.
They are not, unfortunately. Some are, but the majority are not.
The dictionary gets most of its traffic from Google. I find that my members will not make the effort to search it. However, there is a search function to the left.
I will need to prevent the logs from appearing to non-admins. Good idea, you're amazing
I agree.... StudyForce
BUT ---- if your going to be biology based, you should try to get biology into the url for SEO purposes.
What about forceofbiology.
That's the thing, it's more than biology. It evolved back in 2012, where I started offering every subject. I believe it's this confusion that has led the community to hit the glass ceiling.
I notice you offer help in math/physics...do you have a way for your users to post nice looking math expressions? If not, let me know, and I will be glad to get with you via private conversation to help you get LaTeX powered by MathJax going on your site.
