    Before, we use phone services as the primary way of providing customer service by having our customers or visitors contact us with Support numbers or Toll Free numbers.

    Since time has innovated and Chat support has been common nowadays. What do you think about having this type of support in your website for your business? And for those who has this support, how did it help your conversions and customer satisfaction ratings?

    My preference is always to use the online chat when it is available. I hate talking on the phone.

    Between 96-2000, I worked phone support for a tech company. We were also online using a chat script with high conversion rates to online sales due to answering questions for people very quickly.
