Not logged in on portal page?

Whenever I got to 'theadminzone.com' (or whatever), it seems I'm always logged out on the portal section of the site.

But then when I click the forums link, I'm suddenly logged in again. Is this meant to happen? A potential cookie domain issue?

Cause it's been bugging for a few days now...
