I am looking for someone that is proficient in IPB 3x software along with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Most of the projects are simple static pages http://www.plusevgaming.com/page/online-gaming/online-gaming-sites.html
Looking to pay about $15-$20 per page since most of them will be just pics and text.
However for more complicated pages I will be willing to pay more for example
http://www.plusevgaming.com/page/online-gaming/sportsbooks/bovada.html ones with modals ect
I will provide you a photoshop image of the layout with all the specs and you just need to replicate it in HTML. If you are artistically inclined than I will pay you extra to make flat designs for numerous pages on top of payment for HTML design.
Might need help setting up the home page and forums (this is where the IPB knowledge comes in )
