How Does A New Gaming Community Get Staff?

I have worked hard to develop a gaming forum that I plan on making a community out of. I need staff to get things started. I already have a couple admins and some mods, but I need people that will help advertise, spread the word, and actively post so the forum doesn't look "too new" for visitors.

So how exactly would I get staff that would do this? (payments for the website and staff is being worked on)

First off how big is your site? There is really no reason for a relatively new site to have more staff than you currently have

The prime way of 'promoting' your forum should be by securing future powerusers and acquiring their own friends as contributing users. This mechanic is meant to increase the stickiness of the forum for such groups.
