What do you do when you have 3 or more sites?

Do you have all email to one contact us email or do you use individual accounts and emails for each sites?

Do you use a separate email domain just for email? Like "megahypernetgroup.net" email ?

Each site has it's own administrative email address. This makes it a little bit easier to keep track of what site a user is referencing during a conversation.

I have about 15 accounts, I use Mozilla Thunderbird to manage it all.

Same for me. Each site has an admin address.. I use MS Outlook to pull all the mail.

    I can't have that setup.
My Ms Office 2013 Home and Student doesn't have Outlook.
Bought a new PC not long ago with the trial version of the full Office.
Have tried to setup Outlook for my emails, ended up with errors only.
Thunderbird handles all of them well, sticking to it.

I will read email on a phone but refuse to reply unless it really that urgent (like server is on fire but I would be getting a text at that point).

As to the OP I have an email address for each site and some have more than one address for contact too.

    What app do you use?

I find the android email programms awful. Missing emails, no alerts etc.

    K9
    Outlook
    Currently blue mail
    Gmail
    Native app

    All crap

I've plenty of email addresses but all are forwarding to my main email address. Then I'm reading those emails from Gmail or Outlook.com (having set to not delete emails from the server).

You remind me of the guy from a show called "IT Crowd* He sent an email to the fire department because one of the trash cans were lit on fire and he just sat there sending a professional email.

I use Outlook 2016 for managing all my emails.

I'm not saying to do complex operations.

But say email validation or other basic queries that can be done from a phone.

I am not using an app, I read my emails from web using a hotmail account (in hotmail, but also on Gmail you can set to send and receive email from external accounts)
