Does the latest version of vBulletin have a chatroom feature similar to the one IPB has ?
No but they have couple shout box mod on vb.org

As far as I know, no. Perhaps an add on exists for it on vBulletin.org though.

But that mod has been unsupported for a very long time. Paul M. has few old plugins for it as well.
IPB does come with a 5 user chat program but you might have to upgrade to more users.

If you have 30$, get AJAX. It's the best software ive used.
