The pay for a Community Manager is $40 per month, $480 per year. Pay increases are likely as the community becomes more successful.
Community Managers working hours are 3 to 4 hours each week.
Why are you requesting staff: Staff needed to manage the forum and the members while the site owner concentrates on growing the forum & work on taking steps to increasing revenue.
