- First open notepad
- Then copy/paste

CreateObject("SAPI.SpVoice").Speak"I love YOU"

- save the (file > save as > love.vbs)
- Now double-click it

Check what your computer says

I think all windows 7 installs will be female because the default windows voice is set to Anna. You find it in the text to speech settings and it would seem that Anna is currently the only voice which works in windows 7. Don't know about 8.
