Hey guys, i'll have to renew my IPB and XF licenses, though, i'm not sure which one to renew...XF so far looked nicer till IPS4 came out...i don't know....what do you think? IPS4 > XF?

I would wait to renew your IPB license until IPS4 is 100% released to the public & even then you have to wait for the addons.
I would just renew your XF license now since it is cheaper.

I agree with Erin, wait and see with IPB.
If you're desperate to renew, then go with XF.

xF is a lot of fun to work with and I have to agree with Erin's and Adam's comments wait on IPB until anymore releases or comes solid.

any reason you "have" to renew?
id sit with what you have (non-renewed) and "wait and see" for IPB4.

That makes the most sense to me. Unless there's a compelling reason to renew now, wait and see how IP.B4 turns out then make your choice.

I'd suggest going with XF...overall its a very good product.
I checked out IPB and so far it hasn't impressed me, there are few things that are cool with the modern style, but other than that I feel the product is not as smooth as XF.
I am honestly not feeling the overall feel of IPB. But that's just me.
