Another vB.com locked thread

Under the lic. feedback section it seems that the staff can't stop locking threads for no reason given.... I guess this is the new pattern. It's not like they have a lot of customers needing help .... you know seeing as vB5 works so well. yeah that's the ticket.

What amazes me is that they can lock and edit threads at will, but not answer clients questions for weeks ............

Check the mobile suite forum for examples .

The same old stuff with Vb which is why I ported from them long ago, it will get a lot worse before it gets better I'm afraid to say.

What's surprising is that any thread about abandoning a commercial script to another is even left to exist.
For all their faults, vB had been since the start very liberal about leaving that topic discussed with little interference, when competitors make it unambigous that they do not welcome or or see them as constructive.

They are doing that. A client with problems with the mobile suite was advised by another to ditch it and switch to XF, those posts were removed from the thread but no effort was made to answer his question ...

In fairness to support - the lack of an answer is probably because they cannot support the buggy POS that is the mobile suite.
