Aging a Forum

    so often times i have to age a forum ... for reasons

    i found a way is to look at the site info forums first post

    i wonder if there is a better way maybe a link to post #1?

    what is the first post ever on TAZ?

    Find user ID 1, look at join date.

    i wonder if i can make a bot to find that information using Visual Basic, im sure it will need tweaked to read forum software first

    For Xenforo, just add the UserID after members/
    For example:

    This will find the first user, but it doesn't necessarily lead to the first post.

    Here, UserID 1, 2, and 3 are LogicianLogician, KathyKathy, and The SandmanThe Sandman respectively.
    All three joined on Jan 2, 2004

    Logician's first public post (according to the thread search) was on May 20, 2004.
    It's likely Logician posted the first post in a private forum, but it's also possible the first post was in a now deleted section and we'll never know who posted the first TAZ post.
