LimestoneNetworks isn't the best but damn their support. You will get 2-5 minute ticket support responses MAX, friendly ticket support, live chat open for sales only, ticket support 24/7/365 (even on Christmas Day!) with 2-5 minute response times, and call lines open 24/7. One of the best support teams, hell scratch that, the best support team I've seen in terms of response from any hosting provider.When I hosted with a specific hosting service I won't name but it involves 'host' and 'alligator'... I'd send a support request and it would be several days before I heard something. In fact, it took 8 weeks for them to allow a domain to transfer away from them once I finally jumped ship. 24 hours would have been a treat to me!
Like Joey, I use dedicated servers, so I too go to the live chat that is open for me 24/7/365
When you go to dedicated servers, you open up a lot of options. There's so many names out there. I always stick to the big companies, I think my data is more secure with them. One, because they can't afford to be in the mess that'll be made if it isn't. Two, because they probably handle much bigger data than I could give them. SoftLayer is one of those companies, InterNAP is another. OVH has poor reliability, but it's definitely one of the largest dedicated server providers, I just wouldn't advise using it professionally. Using a large company narrows down your options for you, while still providing options all across the spectrum.
