SMF not redirecting ..../forum to ...forum/index.php

I am guessing this is an SMF issue. But my browsers say different.

I was creating some pages through ezportal in SMF now I am having a redirect issue on the main page. Other than that the site is working OK. I als o made some redirects through Bluehost and since deleted them, thinking that was it. I still have these redirects (see pic) but they have been ok for a year. I disabled all the pages (see pic). Any help would be appreciated.

I didn't backup before I made the new pages.

This is what both my computer are saying

"The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I contacted bluehost and they found that I had a bunch of redirects in my .htaccess file. They said my mobile redirects may not work. But it's fixed and they were helpful.

~/public_html/.htaccess (the new .htaccess I created)

Offtopic: If your domain already has forum in the name, why direct it to a subdirectory named forum?

Why bother with pretty urls? They give you more headache than benefits.
My forum became very slow after a year with pretty urls, database sized increased significantly and no benefit in terms of SEO.

P. S. Do you really need all that mods for a new forum?
