Do you smoke?

Never had a sense of smell, so I don't *miss* it, but it sucks none the less.

So if you intrude in a retirement home and steal the TV, the residents won't be able to chase you out by letting their bowels out (ref. South Park)

Well the plus side is if your in an elevator and someone let the most God awful fart there is, it won't bother you at all LOL!!!

Back on topic though = I'll share my story. You DO indeed have to want to stop smoking before you can succeed. I stopped cold turkey, but had great incentive. I was 438 pounds and felt as if I were in a prison of my body. I was. So I started looking into having gastric bypass. So I scheduled consultation with a surgeon who'd done quite a bit of this type of bariatric surgery. My consultation was April 28, 2008. It went well. It went great actually; he said, "Jacquii you are the perfect candidate for the roux-en-y procedure. But in no uncertain terms will I operate on you as a smoker."

That day was the last time I smoked a cigarette. The incentive worked quite well and the gastric bypass procedure is probably the best decision I've ever made for myself.

All that having been said ==> If you have no real desire or incentive to quit smoking, you'll continue to smoke. You have to WANT it. And when you want it, you'll be amazed at the brilliant concept of "mind over matter"

NON SMOKER..... I never liked smoke and smoking, even when my parents did it. Come on man its not healthy, just cut it out.
