Selling Established Blog & Forum

The domain will be expiring next month (14th of August 2019) and is registered with NameCheap - https://adminloop.com

I have included some screenshots below for all-time AdSense earnings for the site and some analytics. Keep in mind that this is with almost no promotion other than simply posting a thread here and on some other forums. With someone that will be actually dedicated to the site, it could do extremely well.

Analytics -

The theme is included (worth $55), the domain and of course all the files for the WordPress installation and database. The forum is doing somewhat well with over 2,400 posts already (it was opened a while after the blog). There is also a section for hosting/domain coupons which can be monetized with affiliate coupons etc.

I know this is old... Wondering what you have decided...

There are (EDIT) sites where you research for domain.
Dont want to indulge must, as it should be against seller as well..

The site was sold and it is owned by a new owner. I don't know much information other than this.

Well that puts a damper on things. I was/am very interested. Love the design and the idea. I’ve wanted an new forum for awhile now, but starting from scratch is so time consuming. Not to mention, find a niche worth while.
