Modifying the Top Tab on Vbulletin 4.2.0

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask, It's my first post. I want to add a tab next to where the Forum is located. I want to make it a Donate tab instead of the plugin I have. It would be more visible that way. Any help?

You would do that using the Navigation Manager, in the ACP.

Don't feel bad man - the Navigation Manager in vBulletin has to be one of the least intuitive options menus anywhere - unless you compare it to the CMS Articles system that is
