For this website I want a private forum for volunteers and workers only.

It will contain updates of the website, and things to do for the workers.

What forum software is very simple for them to use? No thanks vBulletin, no thanks Xenforo. Because I dont need complicated software for a simple purpose.

phpBB is free and many web hosts have it as a one-click install. I wouldn't say it's much less complicated than XenForo, but it's easy to use and costs nothing. You can make a private forum with it easily.

And I don't know what hosting features you're after, so I wouldn't know what to look for.

Take in consideration that right now you only have the option to install it using SSH, so maybe you should ask your host first if you can do this way.

Nah Ill avoid it then.

Anything else? Any other softwares?

How about "Forums.com"

I want this very simple, because only me and my site admins will use it.

Any good host has Softaculous which is an good auto installer.

If you do not want to use a one man service, I suggest
StableHost.com
my personal fave host JaxVPS.com -
you could also use GeekStorage.com - Never used but have some good reviews.
Eleven2.com - Has good reviews on a web host forum.
HawkHost.com has good reviews also.
MediaTemple.com - has some good reviews

All Of them should have Softaculous software Softaculous.com for more info.

Some of them will help move your sites over also for free.
