Global sidebar is taking a bit time to get used to.

I wouldn't have it globally and where I had it (forumhome) I'd move it back where it belongs (below forums)

Sidebar in the thread_view is painfully frustrating, distracting. I'm not sure why the visitorpanel is being displayed in thread_view since i know it's me viewing the page that I'm on. I would have collapsed the sidebar but that would collapse on forum index.

I've hidden it for now but I'm left with a space to the right. It's a showstopper, for sure. I come here to view and read thread content not look at similar content.

Is there no option from a usercp standpoint to not have this displayed where a checkbox can be ticked or unchecked?

Edit: Or is there an option to have it displayed below the message content?

No worries, I've got it all hidden and margin removed through a firefox plugin.

It's all good now steve. I've managed to hide the visitorpanel and similar threads. Appreciate it but there's no need to put an additional workload on yourself if nobody else has any issues with it.

It's now totally removed for me.

I was going to say something about the side bar too, the one to the right, but it seems to be gone now. With it present, a full 1/3 of the page was taken up by sidebars on the left and right while viewing threads... not good.

ETA: Now the sidebar seems to be showing up below the thread... odd.

Makes me think there is a postbit on that side. The avatars are huge over there.

Yea it is back, had it below the editor for a moment but it will need some styling before it can stay down there.

The sidebar is much better at the bottom, in it's current "wide" format. Now if only something could be sone about that highly annoying TapaTalk banner just below the page links, I keep clicking it by accident. Or is that by design?

It's still a widget but it's not a sidebar anymore.

You mean when you click the banner itself or when you click within the same cell? I could look at the coding if it's not behaving properly.

BTW, Premium members don't see any of those ads - just sayin'.

I won't be removing the edits I made in stylish. I'd rather not view it at all. That being said, looks much better underneath the post content.

Everyone else worries about mobile, I don't. Its the last thing I worry about, if I even bother to get to it.
