What MyBB Modifications would you like to get created?

I recently realized that there is no need for a mod to eliminate thread ratings. They can be turned off in the control panel under forums. I didn't look there before.

I am almost done with my garage plugin/system. Fully customizable, including languages, fields, field types, comments, attachments, permissions, SEO support, who's online support, etc. My ACP backend code is done as of yesterday and I need to port my main garage code to the new system I built. I built a garage plugin for my own site, but am expanding the system before releasing.

BTW, the single plugin/system will support multiple garages with different field sets/info

I use Coppermine on my site and have it fully integrated with MyBB, not just bridged, but integrated header/footer that is MyBB aware. I posted a tutorial on the MyBB Third Party Integration forum.

Chat rooms choices are limited. I'd like to see a plugin for

1: AddonChat. I posted info here: http://community.mybb.com/thread-71659.html

2. AJAX Chat. The programmer of AJAX chat already made a utility to modify the MyBB database for AJAX to use. And there is code on their site for to add a popup utility. And there is discussion on the MyBB site. I added AJAX chat to one board, including a link in the header. But, this is not complete integration, that shows in the index page the number of people in chat and who they are. I know this can be done because someone made full integration for smf.

Personally, MyBB has fairly a large collection of mods today. Therefore, I don't know what to make a request, but as far as my forum's need, I badly need a Top 5 stats plugin like vBulletin have.

I searched on mods site and found "Overview" plugin, but it doesn't seems to suite my needs.

There´s been a lot of internal issues between the devs and the community, I guess this has hurt the community and the development has been slow. Because SMF2 is in an endless beta/RC, people await the final release before making mods/plugins.

I use it on a few sites and it´s good software, but the organisation needs to fix it´s internal issues...

this is one thing that annoyed me about smf. the stable 1.1.11 or what ever it is now just never had the features i needed

To be honest I don't know why they don't just release it and save future bugs for a maintenance release. I'm sure they're not making major changes to things in each beta/RC/whatever or lots things are fundamentally broken.

If I understood correctly.They have been continuing to make some small changes in their software and of course fix bugs.

2.0 is a not a true rewrite anyway.Just an upgraded set up still using a lot of the old 1.0 series in it.

Try ProStats

I'd love to see plugins to automatically add the <acronym> tags to certain specified words and a plugin to autmoatically generate half decent Anchor text on bare links (when a user just posts a url without using ).
