You obviously run a vibrant and social community here on TAZ.
Thanks. As I've said many times before, the success of TAZ is on our members and staff, not any one person and definitely not me alone.
What are some of the biggest challenges that you're worried about in terms of community management, and what are you doing to either overcome or minimize them?
Ha - said this many times before as well - it's very difficult to run a forum for forum administrators. Most members are owners and/or admins of their own sites and it's almost impossible to interact with them the same way they all interact with their own members on their own sites. Forum owners are way too opinionated and way too savvy about forums and webmastering to use typical moderation tactics or even Jedi mind tricks on. It's impossible to keep everyone happy all of the time and when I don't y'all let me know about it.

When you started TAZ project, did you do it alone? Or you already had help since the day 1 from some known friends/people?

If TAZ didnt exist, would you consider starting it up in this day and age with the current state of forums vs facebook

As stated earlier in this thread, TAZ was Kathy's idea and we started it together. We had some pretty good help right from the start.
