To Change the text follow this: on PS go window and click on animation then at the bottom choose a frame that has the text on, like frame 43 then change the text, that should work.

I'm having a problem with this. I change the image no problem. I change the text and the layer reads what I want it to say, then it still comes up with yoursite.com Any idea why?

How do you SAVE it when done, so the animation will work on other sites?

EDIT: I see the how to save it option, but its not animating.
