Which SSL would you recommend for a VPS using plesk?

Hello everybody.
I am using a VPS linux hosted in strato website, with a domain .org which is also hosted there. Thing is that they do not give SSL certificates for "servers", I do not know why.

So recently I have been looking to have a SSL Certificate, because the domain url appears as "Not secured" site.
Now, I am not an expert, and I do not know if "Let's Encrypt" would work for my VPS, which I manage with plesk. How can I know this?

What would be the difference between Let's Encrypt (which is free), and a paid one? I do not mind paying for the certificate, I just would like to know what is the difference.
For a starter website, which one would you recommend? (Even if it's paid one).

I have also checked "GoDaddy" one, which costs as of now 4,75 €/year , and after that, 69'99€/year when you renew.

But I fail to understand what's the difference between the prices of ( Positive SSL Certificate, and EssentialSSL Certificate )
I only need a certificate for ONE DOMAIN, meaning that I do not need to pay for more subdomains. Just for one.

So could somebody explain a little bit and advice me what to do? I am not an expertise in managing a community as I am starting with the first one this serious, so obviously I'd appreciate some help regarding this issue. Wouldn't like to waste my money in something unworth (or overpriced), and maybe to start with the site, that free option could be more than enough. However, I'd like to know the differences.

Lets Encrypt works just fine on a VPS (I use them on all mine).

The difference is they are Free, and only last for 3 months (not a year) so you have to renew them more often (which I automate).

I have no idea if plesk has LE integration, I use a bash script, called by cron.

Thank you for the input. So basically it might be the same but I’ll have to renew themevery 3 months, right?
I’ll contact my programmer to help me out configuring this one, hope it’s not hard to install.

But its still kind of weird that it works like paid ones. Shouldn’t there be a ‘big’ difference between them?

It automatically renews if you have set it on schedule. Atleast that is what happens inside the Cpanel and other web admin panels.
Not sure if you have set it manually, then maybe auto renew may not be there.

Hey.
Yeah, I got it! It succesfully worked. And seems like it'll auto-renew. I will however have to check that in about 2-3 months (that's when it's due to auto-renew). Hope it won't be a problem
